Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree as determined by the company.
• 3–5 years' experience in a physician practice setting with 2 years' practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of physician practices including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, interviews, hires, trains, and conducts evaluations.
• Develops the practice budget and monitors financial metrics and revenue cycle.
• Monitors patient satisfaction and addresses complaints.
• Leads quality and performance improvement by tracking metrics.
• Collaborates with physicians and leadership to achieve goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance.
• Requires frequent travel to multiple practice locations.
