Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Practice Manager for Urology in Erie. The role oversees daily operations across physician practices, supervising staff, handling front and back-office tasks, and ensuring tight coordination with the director on budgeting and performance metrics.

The candidate will monitor patient satisfaction, drive quality improvements, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards while traveling between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years’ experience in physician practice setting with 2 years’ practice management experience.
• CPPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions.
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and conducts disciplinary actions as needed.
• Interviews, hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations.
• In conjunction with the director, develops the practice budget and monitors key financial metrics.
• Monitors patient satisfaction reports and addresses variances and complaints.
• Ensures quality and performance improvement by monitoring metrics and addressing deficiencies.
• Works with physicians and leadership to achieve goals and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Travel to various practice locations as required.
