Responsibilities

• Performs all restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Ensures temperature, packaging, appearance, and service meet standards.
• Follows food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assists with profit and loss by cash handling, inventory, and labor control.
• Inspires and coaches to drive excellence in operations.
