Swenson's Drive In is seeking an energetic manager-level candidate to lead kitchen and service teams across multiple Cleveland-area locations. You will supervise crew, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold food safety and operational standards.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service, a valid US work permit, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills. Weekend availability and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• Own reliable transportation to arrive on time.
• Good oral/written communication skills in primary language of location.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Positive, energetic, “can do” attitude with ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced setting.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and teamwork.
• Properly use and maintain restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, and related gear.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Basic math skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor, and coach kitchen crew members, curb servers, and kitchen supervisors.
• Direct crew, assign duties, and provide friendly service to customers and staff.
• Perform all restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Ensure temperature, packaging, appearance, and service meet standards.
• Follow and enforce food safety guidelines at all times.
• Support profit and loss efforts through cash handling, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Understand processes and reports and respond appropriately.
• Inspire and coach teams to uphold core operations procedures on shifts.
• Promote Swensons core values and mission statement at all times.
• Assist GM with additional duties as assigned.
