Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Legal right to work in the United States; must provide proof.
• Reliable personal transportation and on‑time arrival to shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Energetic, positive, can‑do attitude; able to stand for long shifts.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Basic math and computer literacy for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors, and coaches kitchen crew members, curb servers, and kitchen supervisors.
• Directs crew, assigns duties, and ensures quick and friendly service to customers and team members.
• Performs all restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Ensures temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, and service meet standards.
• Follows and enforces food safety guidelines at all times.
• Aids profit and loss management by cash handling, security, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Responds to reports and uses knowledge of processes to maintain operations.
• Drives excellence in core operations procedures across shifts.
• Promotes Swensons core values and mission statement at all times.
• Assists GM with additional duties as assigned.
