Job summary

Swensons Drive-In Restaurants in Cincinnati is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead two quality restaurant teams. You will onboard, coach, and develop staff, manage schedules, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 1-3 years in coaching and restaurant management, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of coaching, training, and development experience in a high-volume food service management role.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a restaurant Manager.
• Legal right to work in the United States and provide proof.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable source of transportation and be able to travel for work purposes.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly develop positive working relationships.
• Positive, energetic, “can do” attitude with the ability to work on your feet entire length of shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and work successfully in a team environment.
• Flexible work schedule including availability to work all multiple shifts on regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train team members to brand standards, coach and develop staff to build two quality restaurant teams, and manage schedule developments.
• Attract, select, and retain team members; coach kitchen crew, supervisors, and curb servers to support operational success.
• Direct crew, assign duties, and ensure quick and friendly service to customers and staff.
• Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety to meet brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with recipes, procedures, policies, and laws; drive guest satisfaction and assist local store marketing programs.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure facility compliance with standards, policies, and local regulations; maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Inspire and coach shifts to adhere to core operations procedures, including accountability, cost controls, and uptime.
• Represent Swensons Drive-In Restaurants professionally and uphold core values and mission.
