Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IT or help desk experience, strong Windows and networking skills, and a willingness to travel throughout the New York metropolitan area in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT, help desk, or network support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows PCs, hardware, networking, and POS systems.
• Experience with printers, peripherals, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, and surveillance systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for corporate office and restaurant locations.
• Respond to help desk tickets, remote requests, phone calls, and on-site service needs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, internet, and POS issues with minimal business disruption.
• Travel to restaurant locations to install and support technology.
