Job summary

Lefferts in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to provide day‑to‑day technology support to employees and assist with the administration, maintenance, and security of the company’s IT systems and tech infrastructure across offices, properties, and sales centers.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user access and licenses, configure devices, support Microsoft 365, network and security systems, and coordinate with vendors and projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• 2-5 years in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and user access management.
• Experience with SharePoint, UniFi, 3CX, TeamViewer or similar platforms preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, email, printing, and other tech issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup, user accounts, system access, and software licensing.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and track computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and IT equipment across locations.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other applications, including user accounts, access, licensing, subscriptions, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support and maintain network, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, security cameras, displays, and other technology infrastructure.
• Maintain IT security and access controls; identify and escalate cybersecurity risks.
• Coordinate third-party vendors, service providers, purchasing, and technology expenditures.
• Support IT projects and installations, including vendor coordination, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI tools and technologies to improve productivity while ensuring secure use.
• Assist and lead other projects as assigned.
