Job summary

Rackson Restaurants is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to keep technology running across quick-service locations. This hybrid role combines remote ticket triage with on-site troubleshooting at restaurants, including new openings and ongoing support.

You will diagnose hardware, software, network, and POS issues, train store staff, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Travel up to 40% to NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE and other markets is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on IT support in fast-paced environments (QSR preferred).
• Experience with POS hardware/software and onboard restaurant tech.
• Knowledge of office networks, IP addressing, and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for hardware, software, network, and POS issues across locations.
• Diagnose remotely or in-store, document resolutions, and follow up with users.
• Support on-site testing during openings and new store rollouts.
• Train staff on restaurant technology and after-hours on-call support.
