Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks a Computer Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level administration and support for macOS and Windows, including imaging, deployment, configuration management, and adherence to security baselines. You will coordinate cross-team incident response with Service Desk, Network Operations, and Cybersecurity to ensure timely investigation and remediation of issues.

The role requires experience with endpoint management platforms (Ivanti, KACE, Intune, JAMF), IAM

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint management and automation platforms (Ivanti, KACE, Intune, JAMF).
• Knowledge of identity and access management services (AD, MFA, AWS IAM).
• Ability to diagnose authentication, connectivity, and endpoint performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level administration and support for macOS and Windows, including imaging, deployment, and configuration management.
• Coordinate cross-team incident response with Service Desk, Network Operations, and Cybersecurity to ensure timely investigation and remediation of issues.
• Diagnose and resolve authentication, connectivity, and endpoint performance issues by analyzing logs and diagnostics.
• Assist with patch management, baseline configuration, and automated imaging workflows.
• Document procedures and create user-friendly guides to enhance Service Desk capabilities.
• Support cloud and hybrid environments, including AWS-hosted resources.
