Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical help for HQ staff and spa locations across the U.S. You will troubleshoot daily issues, maintain core systems, manage devices, and support users with multi-location network and software support.

The role is primarily on-site at SEV HQ with some remote work after training. Expect collaboration with executives and operations teams while ensuring secure access and reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a multi-location environment.
• Hands-on experience with Kandji or another MDM (Jamf, Intune, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Mac, iPad, and Windows devices.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Core Systems Support: manage forms, integrations, data cleanup, user permissions, exports; administer user accounts; support email issues and Drive permissions; assist with Docs, Sheets, Meets, and cloud storage best practices.
• Network & Infrastructure: troubleshoot Ubiquiti firewalls/switches/APs; onsite HQ Wi-Fi and devices; coordinate with vendors; respond to tickets; document fixes.
• Project Work: spa openings hardware setup, Zenoti enhancements, device refreshes, security/compliance initiatives, Zenoti/Google Workspace integrations.
• Security & Compliance: maintain secure access controls; support PCI best practices; enforce MFA/identity policies.
• HQ-Based Collaboration: work from HQ 4–5 days/week; in-person support for execs/operations/finance/marketing; travel to spas as needed.
