Job summary

mPower, Inc is seeking a Technical IT Support Specialist to provide responsive, customer-focused support to end users, including senior and executive personnel. The role covers desktop and mobile technologies through installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, ensuring a secure, reliable user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or Associate's with 3 years of technical support, or HS diploma with 5 years of technical support experience.
Experience supporting desktops/laptops and current operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux Ubuntu).
Technical support experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
Experience using ServiceNow for incident, problem, and request fulfillment.
Strong customer service skills and ability to support VIPs.

Responsibilities

Configure, install, and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Provide enhanced VIP desktop and user support service.
Configure IT devices for secure operation, including security software and updates.
Provide software support for client-provided applications.
Manage trouble tickets using an IT ticket system to resolution or re-assignment.
