Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative I/Admin Support I to support the Tuscumbia and Red Bay quarries in Alabama. This role reports to the Area Controller and requires a strong work ethic and proactive problem solving to meet the organization’s needs.

The position includes front desk duties, order entry, invoicing, procurement input, and coordination with sales and accounting teams. Weekend work and overtime may be required; benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing tasks preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk and Greet Visitors.
• Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service.
• Become an iProcurement Super User.
• Take and input customer orders.
• Dispatch products and material for delivery.
• Enter requisitions for purchase orders.
• Process incoming invoices from vendors.
• Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division.
• Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as accounts payable, payroll, etc.
• Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities.
• Order and maintain inventory for office and safety supplies.
• May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties.
