Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. seeks an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance/Millwright Technician for the Tuscumbia Quarry in Alabama. You will lead safety, quality, and maintenance efforts while supporting ongoing operations and future growth.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventative maintenance, lubrication, and repairs of crushers, conveyors, and screens. Overtime and night shift premium apply; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience in mining or fixed plant.
• Experience with crushers, conveyors, and screens.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently or with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of crushing plant equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Lubricate and clean mechanisms.
• Replace crusher liners and screen panels.
• Adjust and repair conveyor belts.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and ensure safe operations.
• Maintain safe and efficient plant operations.
