The Atlantic District in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a proactive Multi-line Agent to educate local families and businesses on comprehensive insurance solutions. You will build trust through helpful guidance, manage your own client pipeline, and participate in community events to grow your brand in the Fairfax area.

Ideal candidates will hold Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, have a history of cultivating client portfolios, and excel in consultative selling with strong

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in Virginia.
• Demonstrated history of building and managing a client portfolio.
• Strong comfort with consultative selling and networking.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex coverage options clearly.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and licensing compliance.
• Existing presence or local network within the Fairfax, Virginia area.

Responsibilities

• Educate local families and businesses on how to protect their assets through comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Analyze each client's specific circumstances to identify gaps in coverage and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Nurture existing client relationships through proactive check-ins and responsive support.
