Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses for the state of Maryland.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume customer consulting.
• Expertise in navigating complex insurance policies and explaining coverage details in plain language.
• Strong command of office software and CRM platforms for managing client records.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a client-focused setting.
