Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience in professional sales or customer advisory.
• Clear, articulate communication, in person and by phone.
• Strong organizational habits for multi-client files and timelines.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with standard quoting software or CRM.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local residents and business owners to assess risk management needs.
• Explain insurance concepts in simple terms so clients decide confidently.
• Compare options across product lines to design protection plans.
• Follow up with clients to ensure policies evolve with life changes.
• Participate in community events to raise agency awareness.
• Maintain accurate documentation for policy transactions.
