Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in buildings and common areas.

The role requires 1–3 years in apartment maintenance, a valid driver's license, and EPA refrigerant certifications. Strong communication and reliability are essential to support residents and property operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or One Site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartments, common areas, and grounds.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, from inspections to punch list and vendor coordination.
• Fix rather than replace parts when possible to control costs and waste.
• Track inventory, access materials, and document work orders accurately.
• Inspect contractor work for quality and safety adherence.
