29th Street Property Management is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant for our Cincinnati properties. This role supports Community Managers with leasing, occupancy, and marketing initiatives across multiple multifamily properties.

You will be the first contact for prospects and residents, process applications, show vacant units, and help ensure move-ins are smooth and compliant with company policies and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other service providers.
• Must be honest in time reporting.
• Reliability is a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at properties.
• Assist with marketing efforts.
• Enter and close work orders and be first contact for prospects and residents.
• Show vacant units and ensure readiness for tours.
• Maintain model unit and pathway to model unit.
• Complete lease process and applications according to guidelines.
• Submit lease and applications to Property Manager with deposits.
