Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant, Multifamily to join the onsite management team. You will tour properties with prospects, answer questions about amenities and lifestyle, and generate interest to fill vacancies.

You will qualify prospects, prepare apartments for move-in, deliver exceptional resident service, and coordinate rental paperwork. The role requires strong communications, basic Windows skills, and a professional, team-oriented approach; occasional travel between

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Courteous, professional and well organized.

Responsabilités

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities, community, and grounds to generate interest.
• Highlight the community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and office duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
