Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is hiring a Resource Registered Nurse to float across multiple facilities within the system, supporting ICU, Emergency Department (ED), and Med-Surg units.

Requires 2+ years of RN experience, GA RN license (BSN preferred), and BLS. Full-time position at 36 hours per week with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Join a system-wide float pool delivering vital nursing support across facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience in a relevant service line.
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or single-state privileges where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains required certifications.
