Atrium Health Navicent’s Specialty Float Pool is seeking a registered nurse to join a dynamic hospital-wide float team at Navicent Health Medical Center. The role features 36 hours per week with 3–12 hour shifts, including nights (7pm–7am) and rotational weekends/holidays.

A float premium is paid in addition to base pay for qualifying hours. Responsibilities include floatation to multiple departments, applying evidence-based nursing care, and coordinating patient care across a busy campus to

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care and maintain established standards, policies, and procedures.
