Job summary

Advocate Health Care seeks a Resource Registered Nurse to join the Navicent RN Resource Team and float across Atrium Health Navicent facilities in Georgia. You will cover ICU, ED, and Med-Surg, with a 36-hour weekly schedule and premium opportunities for float assignments.

Requires 2+ years of RN experience, BLS, and an active RN license; you will support patient care across multiple sites and clinical specialties within the network.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges in the applicable state; multi-state license acceptable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years RN experience in a relevant service line.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit governance, professional leadership, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care; involve patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Appropriately delegate tasks to RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed staff; maintain EHR records.
