Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse to float across Navicent, Baldwin, Peach, and Rehab facilities. The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with a pay range of $38.20 - $57.30 per hour. This position requires strong nursing skills and the ability to adapt to multiple units while maintaining care quality.

The RN must have a valid license, BLS, and relevant clinical experience; BSN preferred, and inclusive teamwork is emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges in the applicable state(s).
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
