Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a Resource RN to float across multiple facilities within the Navicent system, covering ICU, ED, and Med-Surg. The role supports patient care across facilities including Navicent Medical Center in Macon and other Navicent locations in GA. Requires 2+ years of RN experience and an RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience within a relevant service line.
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing care.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with care teams.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
