Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Resource Registered Nurse for Navicent's Resource Team in Georgia. The RN will float across Navicent, Baldwin, Peach and Rehab facilities, delivering patient care using the nursing process and collaborating with the care team.

Requires an active RN license and 1 year of clinical experience; BSN preferred. This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN provides services.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate nursing care; engages patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and adheres to safety standards.
• May float to other units/facilities to meet patient care needs.
