Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Resource Team. The role requires floating to Navicent, Baldwin, Peach and Rehab facilities, with a 36-hour week and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, monitoring patients, promoting safety, documenting in EHR, and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. A BSN is preferred; BLS and RN licensure are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in applicable states.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Promote safety culture and ensure timely documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Communicate effectively and delegate appropriately.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain certifications.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and ensure ethical patient care.
• Delegate to RNs, LPNs, and aides.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area.
