Qualifications

• At least two years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines, process high volume across multiple entities.
• Research discrepancies, exercise sound judgment, communicate clearly with vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel and with Adobe Acrobat Pro and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices for multiple entities, including receiving, entering, coding, allocating, and routing invoices for approval.
• Review invoice and payment batches for completeness, accurate coding, duplicate invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare checks and initiate approved ACH and online payments; maintain payment records and internal controls.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research/payment/discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate with procurement, property managers, and accounting to support purchasing-to-payment processes.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to strengthen accuracy and controls.
