Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year managerial or supervisory experience in a multi-department operation within retail/hospitality/service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to take direction in a team.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate staff and meet financial goals.
• Food Safety certification and compliance with federal/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs, shrink, and safety protocols to optimize profitability.
