CarGuys Inc. seeks a seasoned General Manager to oversee a multi-dealership group in North Carolina.

You will manage operations, sales, and service across locations, align profitability with strategic goals, and lead a team of general managers, sales managers, and department heads to deliver consistent customer experiences. This role requires strong P&L discipline, vendor relationships, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing P&L across multiple locations.
• Deep understanding of dealership operations: sales, service, parts, and finance.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
