Job summary

CarGuys Inc. seeks a General Manager to oversee the operations, sales, and service performance across our multi-dealership group. You will provide strategic direction, ensure consistency across locations, and drive profitability.

You will lead a team of general managers and department heads, develop long-term plans, monitor P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, and collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and the marketing team to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing P&L across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations: sales, service, parts, and finance.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse teams across different locations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
