CarGuys Inc. is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee a multi-dealership group across several locations. You will drive operational excellence, sales growth, and service performance while leading a team of general managers, sales managers, and department heads.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver consistent customer experiences across locations. You will report to executive leadership and shape the long-term profitability of the group.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of revenue growth across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations (sales, service, parts, finance).
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.

• Ability to travel frequently between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dealership locations.
• Drive sales performance and profitability across all dealerships.
• Lead, mentor, and support general managers and department heads.
• Champion superior customer service across all locations.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand market share.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for each location.
• Standardize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build strong vendor, OEM, and financial institution relationships.
