CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape and execute a multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure for Health100 and PCW. You will set technical direction, build the organization, and define the operating model for scalable, secure platform delivery.

You will lead architecture, automation, and delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and governance while developing senior technical leaders and driving

Competenze

10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps or related disciplines.
5+ years of technology leadership or equivalent large-scale technical leadership.
7+ years of engineering experience across GCP, AWS and Azure.

Mansioni

Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Lead architecture, engineering and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Drive automation, IaC, CI/CD, and scalable, secure platform delivery.
Ensure production readiness, security, availability and cost efficiency from inception.
