Qualifications

• Experience managing staff within multiple departments.
• Experience with multi-location management.
• Travel 20%-50% required.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs the operations of assigned clinics.
• Ensures clinics are operated in accordance with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Collaborates with leadership to implement Front Office policies and procedures.
• Works with Billing to ensure revenue policies and billing processes.
• Manages staff schedules and clinic supervisor levels.
• Builds positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients, community, and vendors.
• Manages patient feedback escalation and ensures timely resolution.
• Ensures training and records for Front Office staff are maintained.
• Participates in on-call rotation.
