Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in Multi Clinic Northern Dallas, TX. The role involves welcoming patients, assisting medical staff, and delivering safe, compassionate care across our Plano, Aubrey, McKinney, Flower Mound and Denton clinics.

The ideal candidate has prior administrative experience, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently. This part-time position reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and requires travel to nearby clinics

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required prior to start date.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role.
• Phlebotomy and lab processing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and assists medical staff.
• Room clinic patients in person or virtually and update patient charts.
• Communicate pertinent patient data to providers and nurses for continuity of care.
• Provide administrative and front-end support: greet patients, scheduling, calls, payments.
