Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Plano area infusion centers in Northern Dallas. You will welcome patients, assist clinicians, and help deliver safe, compassionate care in accordance with guidelines.

This role includes front desk duties, scheduling, data entry, and clinical support. Part-time, Mondays–Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30am–5:00pm, non-exempt, with travel to other Dallas–Fort Worth clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CMA/MA certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS required before start date.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience and 1 year in a patient-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and assists medical staff.
• Room patients, update charts, and communicate data to providers.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, phones, payments.
• Stock exam rooms and manage supplies.
• Assist during exams and with prior authorizations as needed.
