• Minimum 1–2 years in patient intake, admissions, or front office in healthcare.
• Ability to manage a high volume of referrals with accuracy.
• Knowledge of outpatient insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication with warmth and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills across four locations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the centralized intake point across four outpatient clinic locations, handling inbound referrals and inquiries.
• Respond promptly to a high volume of calls, inquiries, and referrals from prospective patients and partners.
• Conduct initial intake screenings to gather demographics, clinical and insurance information; determine fit with location and provider.
• Manage an active referral pipeline, track status, and minimize drop-off between inquiry and scheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for behavioral health services, including copays and prior authorizations.
• Schedule initial evaluations and follow-ups across four clinic calendars, coordinating provider availability.
• Maintain accurate intake records in the EHR and ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements.
