ATD Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage multi-client financial records in our Georgia office. The role requires payroll, job costing, inventory procedures, AP/AR, and close collaboration with a CPA firm. A 5+ year QuickBooks background and strong Excel skills are essential.

The position is full-time and in-office (limited part-time may be available). Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $27.00 per hour, with standard benefits and potential advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and AP/AR principles.
• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and records.
• Strong data entry skills and numerical aptitude.
• Proficient in Word and Excel applications.
• An accounting-related Associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple client bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Enter and reconcile accounts receivable data.
• Enter accounts payable data and pay vendors.
• Write checks and receive payments from clients.
• Maintain company inventory and assist with job costing.
• Coordinate client collections and prepare periodic reports.
• Reconcile all accounts and prepare quarterly/monthly/yearly reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of accounts and payroll processing.
• Maintain login information and create financial binders for review.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate with external CPA firm for reports.
