The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, knowledge of GAAP, and experience with QuickBooks and Excel. The position offers competitive pay ($40,000–$55,000 USD) and benefits, with a collaborative, client-focused environment in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client accounting needs.
• Full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, payroll, GL reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records for client accounts.
• Process payroll with accurate hours, withholdings, deductions.
• Help develop and apply accounting policies for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete client projects.
• Provide excellent client service and address inquiries.
• Participate in process improvements for efficiency.
