Godshall Recruiting seeks a detail‑oriented bookkeeper/accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accurate records and timely reports. In a small, independent team, you’ll combine accounting expertise with client relationship building and administrative support.

Your day includes maintaining client books, monthly statements, payroll tax returns, assisting with tax prep, and collaborating with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Maintain accounting records for multiple clients with up-to-date information.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, payroll entries and depreciation schedules.
• File quarterly payroll tax returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with tax returns and provide supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients and deliver professional service.
• Support office operations and collaborate with team members.
