ATD BOOKKEEPING SOLUTIONS OF OAKLAN in Clarkston is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain multi-client financial records. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Payroll, Job Costing, and Inventory Procedures, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks.

This is a full-time in-office role with possible part-time options. Competitive pay of $20.00 – $27.00 per hour based on experience, along with benefits like 401(k) matching and opportunities for advancement are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience with QuickBooks.
• Ability to maintain multi-client financial records.
• Extensive knowledge of Payroll, Job Costing, and Inventory Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records for multiple clients.
• Perform accounts receivable data entry and receive payments.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with external CPA firm and prepare reports.

Skills

Proven bookkeeping experience – at least 5 years

Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payables/receivables principles

Data entry skills and keen attention to numbers

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
