Job summary

Curve Dental in Provo, Utah, is seeking a Customer Support Technician to deliver omni-channel support (chat, phone, email) and collaborate with support, training, billing, and IT teams. The role is in-office with set hours, paid holidays, and full benefits.

You will troubleshoot, prioritize tasks, and provide accurate, quick assistance in a fast-paced environment; two years of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with support, trainers, developers, managers and administrators.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently across chat, phone and email channels.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide accurate and timely support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Omni-Channel Support (Chat, Phone, and Email).
• Internal collaboration with support, training, and billing departments.
• External collaboration with client's IT services/third parties.
• Engaging with clients as a product specialist for all needs (questions, troubleshooting, updates, etc.).
• Individual and team-based problem solving.
• Work with Tier 2/Escalation Support Representative.
• Connect to clients via remote software.
