Job Summary

We are seeking exceptional Technical Support professionals who are passionate about software, technology, and helping people. Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience:

• At least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred, but if you have experience using/supporting an accounting/billing application, that's just as golden
• Excellent verbal soft skills, and ability to assist all customers with their requests
• Strong working knowledge of hardware, networks, and other generally techy stuff
