Job summary

Wonder seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-brand kitchen and fulfillment operation. You will oversee day-to-day activities, from staffing and vendor relations to service delivery across dine-in, pickup, and delivery channels.

You’ll drive P&L performance, optimize labor and costs, and collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement and logistics to win on key metrics and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality or ecommerce.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments (high-growth startups, multi-unit retail, on-demand services).
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Strong cross-functional influence across finance, HR, logistics, culinary and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day-to-Day Operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Manage team and partner performance with coaching and accountability.
• Own the location’s P&L and drive labor efficiency, food costs, and margins.
• Grow the business by building talent pipelines and mentoring managers-in-training.
• Represent the Wonder brand in partnerships and local community interactions.
