Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager in Frisco, TX to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will manage a cross-functional team, own the local P&L, and drive labor efficiency, food costs, and operational margins in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to optimize performance, ensure brand consistency, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and strong KPI management.
• Experience managing hybrid on-site teams with internal staff and contract partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Own the location P&L and drive cost controls, revenue opportunities, and margin improvement.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce and partner teams to maintain on-brand execution across channels.
• Grow talent pipelines and deploy trainers for new openings and ongoing development.
