Job summary

Wonder is hiring a General Manager to lead a high‑volume shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery methods in Allen, TX. You will oversee a multifunctional team, manage contract partners, and own the local P&L while driving labor efficiency, food costs, and service excellence.

You will set KPIs, collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement and logistics, and coach managers, ensuring staff development, consistent onboarding, and scalable growth across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in relevant sectors.
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and cross-brand collaboration.
• Experience managing on-site and contract/vendored staff with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage labor, food safety, and compliance standards; forecast demand and adjust workflows in real time.
• Own the location's P&L and drive labor efficiency, food costs, and margin.
• Grow the business by mentoring managers, developing trainers, and expanding talent pipelines.
