Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-brand shared kitchen in Plano, TX. You will own the local P&L, manage a blended on-site team and drive operational excellence across dining, pickup, and delivery channels.

With 3+ years of leadership in fast-paced environments, you’ll orchestrate labor, safety, and vendor relationships while embedding Wonder’s standards in every shift. This role offers growth and impact within a dynamic platform.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must have open availability, including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution.
• Drive KPIs and manage the location's P&L.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, culinary, procurement, logistics, etc.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted staff.
