Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager in McKinney, TX to lead a multi-brand, shared kitchen operation. You’ll oversee day-to-day activities across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, manage a hybrid workforce, and own local P&L.

You will drive staffing, vendor relations, and continuous improvement while partnering across finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to optimize performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments.
• Proven leadership with KPI management and results.
• Demonstrated success owning and driving P&L.
• Proactive problem solver in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day-to-Day Operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Manage team and partner performance with coaching and development.
• Drive business results and own the location’s P&L and costs.
• Grow the business by building talent pipelines and training programs.
• Manage partnerships and represent the Wonder brand locally.
