Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared-kitchen location serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will own the local P&L, supervise a multifunctional team, and drive cross-brand collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this bench role, you will manage on-site staff and contract partners, optimize labor and costs, and partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to grow the business within 40 miles of Fort Worth, Texas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Proven ability to own P&L and drive financial performance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching of hourly and contract staff.
• Knowledge of labor and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and shelf life adherence to reduce costs.
• Forecast demand and adjust workflows in real time for readiness.
• Drive KPIs related to guest experience, order accuracy, and financial performance.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted staff.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Own and optimize the location’s P&L and partner cross-functionally to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Grow the business via talent development and strategic staffing plans.
• Represent Wonder in local partnerships and maintain brand standards.
