Job summary

Wonder in Dallas is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-brand shared kitchen operation. You will manage day-to-day activities across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, while owning the local P&L and driving efficiency in labor and costs.

You should have 3+ years in complex operations, a proven KPI-driven leadership track record, and experience coordinating with finance, culinary, procurement and logistics teams to deliver a superb guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments.
• Proven track record of KPI management and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service and fulfillment channels.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of internal and contracted staff.
• Own the location’s P&L and influence labor, food costs and margin.
• Partner with finance, culinary, procurement and logistics to identify savings and growth opportunities.
• Represent Wonder in the local partner ecosystem and community.
